Shifter

How do you stop a killer who can be anyone, at any time?

BOOOMM!!  In 1953, a man sized rocket crashes into a cornfield in rural Ohio -- Because that’s typically where these things crash.  What emerges from the wreckage leaves carnage and death in its wake...

In modern day Los Angeles, FBI Agent Lester Donaldson and LAPD Detective Frankie Graciano have been assigned to catch a killer bank robber.  It would be a lot easier if the killer couldn’t alter his appearance at will in a matter of seconds.

Since its arrival, the alien Shifter has been wreaking havoc in the guise of whomever it chooses.  It’s stepped up its game to spectacle style murderous rampages for the benefit of the six o’clock news.  Now Les as a maverick, has to get the Shifter off the streets of LA for good...  Unfortunately for him, the clues demonstrate the Shifter might be someone he knows.

This high concept story is supported by a cast of strong, intriguing and witty characters.  Bright and intelligently written, this Sci-Fi, Action/Adventure takes you on a rollercoaster ride of mystery and excitement.  Therefore you should wait at least one hour after eating before reading.

There is a significant amount of special effects that involve morphing, as well as stunts and action sequences that hold you on the edge of your seat.  So try not to fall off.  I find that corduroy on cloth chairs holds nicely.

Currently budgeted at 30 to 45 million, the primary characters live in the world of LA cop drama.  Include the Sci-Fi aspect and precedence demonstrates there is a guaranteed, ingrained audience for films of this nature.  The box office is generally double or more the initial investment.  I mean this could be big...  Really big!!  Think of the biggest thing you can think of and then add 80 million!!  Yeah...  big.
